1. Product Use

All Glow Cosmetics products are formulated with safe, plant-based ingredients. However, we recommend a patch test before full use. Results may vary based on skin type and usage. Glow Cosmetics will not be held responsible for misuse or allergic reactions if patch test is not carried out before usage.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We accept mobile money, bank transfers, and card payments. Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified. Please double-check your delivery details before submitting.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver nationwide in Ghana and ship internationally on request. Delivery timelines vary based on location, but we aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days. Glow Cosmetics is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof. We’ll be happy to resolve it.

5. Consultations & Spa Services

Consultations and spa appointments are non-refundable. Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows will forfeit payment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product names, images, branding, and text — belongs to Glow Cosmetics and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any information you provide is used solely to fulfill your orders or communicate with you. We will never share your data with third parties without your consent.
